About me

Tranceform Herts offers gentle, solution-focused support to help you ease away from problems and anxiety and put you on the path to the life you want.

I am a mother of two young adults, and have worked in education with children and young adults for twenty five years.

My path has led me through experiences of social anxiety, career burn-out, menopause and the sleep disturbance, anxiety and low mood which often accompanies these stressors.

I find comfort and inspiration being in the outdoors, in music, reading and friendship.
